STANDARD REGISTRATION RATES

The 2019 registration fee includes all corresponding conference sessions, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and receptions. All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and pay to attend. AMRPA will extend member registration rates to any member in good standing. Membership status will be verified. Nonmembers who join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION 

Every exhibitor receives one free full conference registration, which includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, receptions, and other networking functions. Please register your staff online accordingly. Complimentary registration will be verified. If additional company representatives wish to attend to staff the exhibit booth, they must pay the exhibitor registration fee of $250. However, any company representatives who wish to attend the conference educational sessions must pay the full registration price.

The Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship levels receive one or two free full conference registrations, depending on the sponsorship level, which includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, receptions, and other networking functions. Please register your staff online accordingly. Complimentary registration will be verified. If additional company representatives wish to attend, they must pay and register as a full conference participant.

GROUP REGISTRATION RATES

AMRPA offers a group discount to organizations that register 10 or more employees for the conference. Registration fees will not be adjusted to discounted rates if there are fewer than 10 registrations from one organization. Group registrations will not be accepted after September 21, 2019. Please contact Elizabeth Katsion, AMRPA Member Services Coordinator, for assistance with group registrations.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION RATES

There is a $50 discount for all speakers. Speaker registration includes participation in oral, poster, and plenary presentations. Speakers will be verified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notices should be sent to [email protected]. Cancellations received before September 1, 2019 will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. After September 1, 2019, a cancellation fee of $200 or 50% of registration paid, whichever is greater, will be charged and any balance refunded. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $200, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2019, or for no-shows.
