INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION RATES
Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, exhibit hall access, breakfasts, lunches, networking breaks, and receptions on October 10-12. It does not include the pre-conference IRF Boot Camp. All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and pay to attend.
AMRPA will extend member registration rates to any member in good standing and please note that membership status will be verified. Nonmembers who join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate. Learn about joining AMRPA Membership here.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION
Every exhibitor receives one free full conference registration. If additional company representatives wish to attend to staff the exhibit booth, they must pay the exhibitor registration fee of $250. If any company representatives wish to attend the conference sessions or other events must pay the full registration price. Please note the Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsorship levels receive one or two free full conference registrations, depending on the level. Please register your staff online accordingly. AMRPA offers a group discount to facilities that register five (5) or more employees for the conference. Contact AMRPA Member Services Director, Melanie Goff with any questions.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION RATES
There is a $50 discount for all speakers participating in the conference program including oral, poster, and plenary presentations. Speakers will be verified.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notices should be sent to AMRPA Member Services Director Melanie Goff. Cancellations received before September 1, 2022 will receive a refund, minus a $200 cancellation fee. After September 1, 2022, a cancellation fee of $300 or 50% of registration paid, whichever is greater, will be charged and any remaining balance refunded. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $300, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2022, or for no-shows.
