Call for Nominations due by August 23, 2023
The purpose of the AMRPA National Leadership Excellence Award is to confer association-wide recognition on individuals who have exemplified outstanding service and made significant contributions to the field of medical rehabilitation. These accomplishments should contribute to the advancement of the medical rehabilitation field as a whole, not only an individual’s institution.
To nominate a colleague, you will be asked to provide examples to illustrate how the criteria for the AMRPA National Leadership Excellence Award have been accomplished. These examples should focus on accomplishments that are not limited to an individual’s institution. The nominee should exemplify leadership, integrity, vision, dedication, and excellence in at least three of the following areas: Transformative Leadership, Professional Experience, Life-long Service in the Field, Advocacy at the State and National Level, Mentorship of Future Leaders, Improved Patient Outcomes/Quality of Patient Care, Research and Critical Analysis, Education and Advancement of the Field.
Individuals who are nominated for the AMRPA National Leadership Excellence Award should demonstrate leadership, integrity, vision, dedication, and excellence in the field of medical rehabilitation in at least three of the following areas. Please choose a criteria and add a supporting description.
