We explore the differences between management and leadership and identify the critical leadership skills that lead to exceptional performance. Aligning Priorities | This course emphasizes the need to align personal priorities with organizational objectives to help leaders make progress on delivering clear results. Understanding and Leading Change | This course will help you to better understand how individuals experience change so that you may better understand yourself, team members, and colleague’s responses to change.
