Join us in the second year of AMRPA’s new program, The Summit for Transforming Inpatient Rehabilitation (STIR). This 6-hour workshop will provide advanced training and dynamic discussion on rehabilitation management and strategy that leaders will not be able to find anywhere else. Our goal is to equip attendees with the ability to do things differently within their rehabilitation management.

Building upon the successful Medical Directors Symposium, this new broadened program is geared toward both clinical and business leaders. This rigorous program will formulate plans to achieve interdisciplinary rehabilitation leadership, as well as ‎apply dyadic model to IRF strategy, operations, quality, and work culture domains. We will also discuss the importance of physicians and administrator’s collective advocacy and ensuring that your IRF leaders’ “story” is heard and acted upon by your Congressional representatives.
