Kate Beller, JD, President, AMRPA
Kate Beller, JD, has served as the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA) President since March 2024, and previously served in leadership roles within the Association since February 2019. In her current role, Beller helps AMRPA identify current and emerging policy issues affecting the rehabilitation industry, including the annual inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) Prospective Payment System and Quality Reporting Program, Medicare Advantage coverage reforms, the IRF Review Choice Demonstration, auditing and oversight programs within the field, and Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC) post-acute care payment analysis, among many other issues.

Ashlie White, MSHLS, MA, Chief Strategy and Programs Officer, Amputee Coalition
Ashlie White is the chief strategy and programs officer at the Amputee Coalition and serves as the principal investigator (PI) for the Administration for Community Living (ACL) National Limb Loss Resource Center (NLLRC). Prior to joining the Coalition, she served as the director of health policy and strategic alliances for the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA). Ms. White recently received her MS in Health Law from NYU Law and holds a graduate certificate in Public Health Leadership from UNC’s Gillings School of Global Public Health. She also holds MA and BA degrees from the School of Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently splits her time between Washington, DC and Durham, North Carolina.

Matthew A. Gibson, PhD, FACHE
Matthew A. Gibson, PhD, FACHE (Matt) currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation in Chattanooga, TN. Matt most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for the Erlanger Health System, where he focused on leading strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation. Matt’s diversity of experience over the last twenty years includes managing operations through the oversight and organization of business strategy development and the growth and profitability of product lines at investor-owned hospitals and a large multistate nonprofit health system. Matt is a current board member of American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association, Tennessee Hospital Association, and American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board for Region 4. He served as a member of the 2019 Chattanooga class of the Young American Leaders Program (YALP) at the Harvard Business School. He also conducts guest faculty lectures at Auburn University, The University of Alabama at Birmingham, and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Matt is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a PhD from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He also holds a master of business administration and a master in health administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Douglas McGee, DO, FACEP
Dr. McGee, an emergency physician, is the Vice Dean for GME at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Vice Provost for Clinical Affiliation for Thomas Jefferson University, and Enterprise Lead for GME for Jefferson Health. He has served as the Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director, the DIO, and the Medical Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. McGee has held numerous state and national leadership roles including serving as President of the Council of Emergency Medicine Residency Directors. Dr. McGee served as Chair for the ACGME Residency Review Committee for Emergency Medicine, as Co-chair of the Emergency Medicine Writing Group, and on the ACGME Monitoring Committee.
