Alicia Ancarrow, MSPT, MHA, Senior Director of Clinical Operations, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA)
Alicia Ancarrow is the Senior Clinical Director of Operations for Post-Acute Services at HCA Healthcare, where she leads the clinical strategy for 82 inpatient rehabilitation units nationwide. She oversees clinical program development, EMR optimization, education priorities, and key quality initiatives across the service line. In collaboration with divisional leadership, she also provides operational oversight for two of HCA’s 15 divisions.
During her 13-year tenure with HCA Healthcare, Alicia has served in progressive leadership roles including Manager of Acute Rehabilitation Services, Program Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation, Clinical Director of Post-Acute Services, and Senior Clinical Director. Her work centers on advancing clinical excellence, operational performance, and patient-centered outcomes in post-acute care.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, a Master of Physical Therapy from Marymount University, and a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is an active member of APTA, ACHE, and the Quality Committee of AMRPA.
