About 185,000 amputations occur in the U.S. each year and approximately 2 million Americans live with limb loss and that number is expected to double in coming years. Our guests are Roseann Sdoia, who lost her leg in the Boston Marathon Bombing in 2013, her doctor, David Crandell, MD, Medical Director of the Amputee Program at Spaulding, and Scott Riddle, CPO, a prosthetist and Vice President of Orthotics, Prosthetics and Bionics at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.
