Registration Rates
Registration Opens April 2026
Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, exhibit hall access, breakfasts, lunches, networking breaks, and receptions taking place September 28 – 30, 2026. It does not include the pre-conference IRF Boot Camp, taking place September 27.
AMRPA will extend member registration rates to employees of any member organization in good standing; please note that membership status will be verified. Nonmembers whose organizations join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate. Not an AMRPA member? Join today to take advantage of the member rate and gain access to members-only content. Facilities registering 5 or more employees qualify for group registration pricing. Please see below for more details.

Speaker Registration Rates
There is a $50 discount for all speakers (oral, poster, and plenary) participating in the conference program. Speakers will be verified.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration
2026 Exhibit Floor Plan
Each sponsor or exhibitor company receives one free full conference registration. If additional company representatives wish to attend to staff the exhibit booth, they must pay the exhibitor registration fee of $450 per person. If any company representatives wish to attend the conference sessions or other events, they must pay the full registration fee. Please register your staff online accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent to in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before Friday, August 7, 2026, will receive a refund, minus a $300 cancellation fee. After August 7, 2026, a cancellation fee of $400 or 50% of registration paid, whichever is greater, will be charged and any remaining balance refunded. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $300, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, September 1, 2026, or for no-shows.
