  • The early bird deadline closes at 11:59 PM PST on Friday, January 30.
  • The regular rate will close at 11:59 PM PST on Friday, March 6.

After this date, the late/on-site registration rate will apply. Need to register on-site? Please visit the team at the Registration Desk to complete your registration.

The most likely issue is that your account is not associated with your organization’s membership record.

Still not receiving the right rate? We are happy to help! Please reach out to AMRPA staff at [email protected] prior to submitting your registration if your rate does not match the posted rate for your category.

Speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors receive specific discounts based on their participation and must select the corresponding registration package to apply these discounts. Codes for these registration types have been emailed to applicable registrants.

The most common error with credit card processing is a mismatch between the address on the card and the one listed on the order.

  • The billing address field will likely pre-populate your business address.
  • If the card is not associated with that address, click on the field with the address and select “Use another address” on the bottom of the list, which will let you manually enter a new one.

If you are confident your information is accurate, but you still cannot process your transaction, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to assist. If possible, please include a screengrab of the error message you receive to help expedite troubleshooting.

Cancellation notices must be sent to in writing to [email protected]

  • Cancellations received on or before Friday, February 27 will receive a refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee.
  • If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $250, no refund will be given. 
  • No refunds will be issued after Friday, March 6, or for no-shows.

You will be asked if you plan to attend the Fly-In during registration. The Fly-In is only available to active hospital members.

To participate in the Fly-In, you must register by March 3rd.

AMRPA will schedule appointments with the appropriate Members of Congress and will accompany participants around Capitol Hill. A prep session with materials will be provided in advance.

Within 1 week after the conference, you will receive an email with a link to the evaluation system. After you have completed the session evaluations, you will be able to immediately print your CE Certificate. Participants may only claim credit for sessions they have attended in full. The evaluation system automatically calculates your credit.
