The annual AMRPA Spring Conference offers medical rehabilitation professionals a chance to hear from and speak to federal agency officials, members of Congress, and other Washington, DC influencers who make critical decisions every day about our industry. You will also hear from industry leaders, who will provide everything you need to know about the impact of legislation and regulations on medical rehabilitation, and an update on 2026 AMRPA policy priorities.  Â
Attendees from AMRPA member hospitals will also have the opportunity to meet with legislators and key staffers in Congress as part of our annual Congressional Fly-In. This portion of the event allows AMRPA to bring clinicians, administrators, and hospital leadership directly to your Senators and Representatives in Congress to discuss the most pressing policy issues impacting inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. AMRPA organizes all meetings for Fly-In attendees and provides training and background materials to help ensure your meetings are as productive as possible
Summit for Transforming Inpatient Rehabilitation (STIR)

Join us in the second year of AMRPA’s new program, the Summit for Transforming Inpatient Rehabilitation (STIR). This 6-hour workshop will provide advanced training and dynamic discussion on rehabilitation management and strategy that leaders will not be able to find anywhere else. Our goal is to equip attendees with the ability to do things differently within their rehabilitation management.
Building upon the successful Medical Directors Symposium, this new broadened program is geared toward both clinical and business leaders. This rigorous program will formulate plans to achieve interdisciplinary rehabilitation leadership.

Registration
Spring Conference registration includes all conference sessions, access to exhibitors, breakfasts, lunches, networking breaks, and receptions taking place March 16-17. It does not include the pre-conference Summit for Transforming Inpatient Rehabilitation (STIR), taking place on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
As part of the Congressional Fly-In, AMRPA will schedule appointments with the congressional offices of our hospital members. The fly-in is only available to active hospital members.Â
AMRPA will extend member registration rates to employees of any member organization in good standing; please note that membership status will be verified. Nonmembers whose organizations join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate.Â
