Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before Tuesday, June 16, 2026 will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $100, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, June 16, 2026, or for no-shows. In the event that an AMRPA activity is cancelled, participants will be contacted by email immediately and allowed the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration fee to a future AMRPA event.
