Registration is Now Closed
The 2021 AMRPA Virtual Fall Conference registration fee includes all corresponding conference sessions, exhibit hall access, networking breaks, and conference receptions. All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and pay to attend.
AMRPA will extend member registration rates to any member in good standing. Membership status will be verified. Nonmembers who join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate. Attendees may register for the 2021 Virtual Conference as individuals, or as a facility with your respective rehabilitation hospital or unit.
Hospitals and units sending one or more employee attendees are encouraged to register under the Facility Registration Rate. This is the perfect opportunity to send more employees to AMRPA's annual meeting than ever before! After just four individual registrations, the single low rate pays for itself. The last day to register for the conference is Wednesday, October 20, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
The Facility Registration Rate is available per individual rehabilitation hospital/unit, not per hospital system. One Facility = One Medicare ID Number.
SPEAKER REGISTRATION RATES
Speakers recieve a $50 discount for all registrations. Individual Speaker Registration includes participation in oral, poster and plenary presentations. Hospitals and units with two or more employee speakers may register at the Facility Speaker Rate.

EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR REGISTRATION RATES
Every exhibitor receives one free full conference registration, which includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, and other networking functions. Complimentary registration will be verified. However, any company representatives who wish to attend the conference educational sessions must pay the full registration price.
The Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorship levels receive one free full conference registration, which includes access to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, receptions, and other networking functions. Complimentary registration will be verified. If additional company representatives wish to attend, they must pay and register as a full conference participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notices should be sent to Melanie Goff, AMRPA Member Services Manager. Cancellations received before September 1, 2020, will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. After September 1, 2021, a cancellation fee of $200 or 50% of registration paid, whichever is greater, will be charged and any balance refunded. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $200, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2021, or for no-shows.
