Sergeant First Class U.S. Army Ranger Cory Remsburg, Ret.

Coming from a long line of family military service, Cory Remsburg knew he wanted to serve his country from a young age. As an Army Ranger, Sergeant First Class Remsburg was in one of the first troops sent to Iraq in 2003, and on October 1, 2009, during his tenth combat deployment, Remsburg was caught in the explosion of an enemy improvised explosive device. His journey to recovery includes rigorous rehabilitation, an invitation to the 2014 State of the Union Address, and multiple medals at the Valor Games Far West and the Department of Defense Warrior Games.
