Please note: You must have an account in AMRPA's new membership database, which launched in May 2023, to register. Please follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure you correctly associate your existing record with you new account.
All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and pay to attend. All payments must be received in full in order for attendees to pick up badges at registration.
REGISTRATION RATES
Full conference registration includes all conference sessions, exhibit hall access, breakfasts, lunches, networking breaks, and receptions taking place October 16–18, 2023. It does not include the pre-conference IRF Boot Camp.
AMRPA will extend member registration rates to employees of any member organization in good standing; please note that membership status will be verified. Nonmembers whose organizations join AMRPA prior to the conference will receive the discounted registration rate. Learn about becoming an AMRPA member here. Facilities registering 5 or more employees qualify for group registration. Please see below for more details.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION
Each sponsor or exhibitor company receives one free full conference registration. If additional company representatives wish to attend to staff the exhibit booth, they must pay the exhibitor registration fee of $250 per person. If any company representatives wish to attend the conference sessions or other events, they must pay the full registration fee. Please register your staff online accordingly.

GROUP REGISTRATION RATES
AMRPA offers group discount to facilities that register five (5) or more employees for the conference. Please contact [email protected] with any questions about these rates.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION RATES
There is a $50 discount for all speakers (oral, poster, and plenary) participating in the conference program. Speakers will be verified.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notices must be sent to in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before Friday, September 1, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a $200 cancellation fee. After September 1, 2023, a cancellation fee of $300 or 50% of registration paid, whichever is greater, will be charged and any remaining balance refunded. If the registration amount paid is less than or equal to $300, no refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after Monday, October 2, 2023, or for no-shows.
